“Come along for Christmas” charity concert at the “Hanseatic Platform” – Music in Latvia – Music – Culture +

She said that the concert “Come along for Christmas!” The aim is to enable young people with special needs to develop and express their talents and, at the same time, to introduce society to others, inviting them to see, understand and accept it as an equal part of this world and society.

Traditionally, several artists, soloists of the Latvian National Opera Ilona Bagele, Marlena Keine, singers Juris Vizbulis, Dainis Skutelis, Evita Zālīte-Grosa, Ivo Fomins, Goran Gora, Lauris Reiniks and Aija Andrejeva will perform together with the young people of the Come Along Foundation. , Lauris Valters, Rūta Dūduma, Katrīna Gupalo, pianist Agnese Egliņa, percussionist Ernests Mediņš, guitarist Miks Akots, vocal group “Framest” and group “The Sound Poets”.

Along with “Come along for Christmas!” the orchestra will be played by the Petrauski brothers. The musical directors of the concert are Rihards Zaļupe, Jānis Ķirsis and Gunārs Kalniņš.

The concert will take place on the “Hanseatic platform” in accordance with the restrictions set by the country – in the safe or so-called “green” format, which means that admission to the concert will be possible only with a Covid-19 certificate. Tickets can be purchased in advance at “Biļešu paradīze” ticket offices and online.
