As of Thursday, 48 hours after the midterm elections, Arizona still had 634,000 uncounted ballots, including more than 400,000 in Maricopa County, where the city of Phoenix is located. Overall, this state has 7.2 million inhabitants, of which 4.1 million are registered as voters.
