The children’s carnival of the TSV children’s gymnastics department attracted numerous families to the Tännesberg school auditorium last Sunday. Department head Judith Winderl and her team put in a lot of effort and put together a varied programme. DJ Bavaria, aka David Nesner, had all the classics in his repertoire, from “Polonaise Blankenese” to “Ententanz”.
Joint games such as “Journey to Jerusalem” provided entertainment, and the little visitors were rewarded with non-cash prizes for spinning the wheel of fortune and throwing cans. The high point of the afternoon was the two performances by the KiTu children; the youngsters had rehearsed the dances in advance with the trainers. The varied cake buffet and the various snacks also left nothing to be desired by the parents.
