Colonel Doumbouya offers a house to Safiatou Diallo, his adopted daughter – Radio Espace Guinée

This Wednesday, June 14, 2023 in Lambanyi, at the head of a large delegation, the Minister Secretary General and Spokesman of the Presidency, General Amara Camara, proceeded to the official handover of a dwelling offered by the President of the Transition , Head of State, Colonel Mamadi Doumbouya, to his adopted daughter Safiatou Diallo.

June 14, 2022-June 14, 2023: It’s been a year to the day since Safiatou Diallo’s biological parents lost their lives in a regrettable fire, when she herself was barely 16 years old and was in school. 10th. This tragic disappearance of Safiatou’s only hopes did not leave the Head of State, Colonel Mamadi Doumbouya indifferent, who, acting as the father of the Nation, let his heart speak by making Safiatou Diallo, bereaved and orphan, his adopted daughter. Today, he offered her a roof, a shelter, a hope, in an environment of her own.

This act of humanism, of consolation to the highest degree, which comes a year after the tragic incident, aims to place the young girl in an adequate framework of studies in order to help her overcome the vagaries of life. The building has two living rooms (including a large living room on the ground floor and a smaller one upstairs), as well as four bedrooms, six showers and a well in the courtyard.

During the official handover of this house, the President of the Transition, Colonel Mamadi Doumbouya, was represented by the Minister Secretary General and Spokesman of the Presidency, General Amara Camara, accompanied by the Head of the Department of Religious Affairs, Elhadj Karamoko Diawara, Personal Advisor Thierno Mamadou Bah, Director of Communication and Information of the Presidency, Moussa Moïse Sylla, as well as Deputy Director of State Protocol, Mohamed Lamine Komara.
