Sunday 16 October, from 9:00 to 15:00, Un Autre Marché, reserved for local producers, returns to the Allée des Droits de l’Enfant.
L’Amap columérines (Association for the maintenance of peasant agriculture) and the Les Locavores association will inform the public about “short circuits” (direct exchanges between producers and consumers). There will be the columérins Les Chocolats du Phénix, Un monde de marmellate, Le vent de la vallée (bread), artisans “I have in my suitcase” (jewels made with recycled materials) and Créanatura (zero waste accessories).
And with them, from Occitania: 2 beekeepers (Ferme de Vernou, Les Ruchers du Haut Castel), 2 brewers (The sixty-six brewery, Sabotage), a pastry chef (Val des Saveurs), a florist (Les fleurs de Flavie), a organic oil producer (Earl les Juillias), 2 horticulturists (Maxime Pic, Ô champ des saisons), a goat cheese producer (M. Duthu), 2 breeders (EARL Herbaé, black pig producer, La Ferme du Bioule, duck and goose), and Ferme de la Malsifregue (wine, chickpeas, garlic).
Animations, tastings, catering, will also be offered with Lab’Culinaire, Amandine and his kitchen, Tuk tuk, La parenthèse and La Ferme du Bioule. This “other market” will be accompanied by the traditional Occitan music and dance of the Arpalhands group.
On this occasion, the neighborhood committee of the Hauts de Colomiers will show you a route that will allow you to reach the Plein Center on foot, through the “smart passages”: meeting at 10 at the Naspe nursery (25 Allée de la Champagne) , to cover the distance of 1.9 km that will lead hikers to L’Autre Marché!
