Saturday, the associations forum brought together more than 110 associations (more than a third of columérines associations). Coming from all fields (mainly fate, culture, social / humanitarian, education, Social and solidarity economy), more than 300 volunteers took turns on their stands all day, to inform the public.
As always, expectations were high on the possibilities open to children and young people. Seniors, who have come in large numbers, have also “taken their place” in sports activities and those which promote social ties. “Containment weighed on us!” some confessed, “we’re signing up, hoping for a year without a break!”
The activities offered in various places of the Forum also enabled “young” associations (particularly dynamic and motivated) to make themselves known.
On getting off the buses that had transported them to all the districts of Colomiers, the new columérins discovered, with surprise, the extent of the offer on offer.
Before “the pot” at the end of the day, the city’s sport-health label was given to six new associations: Étoileg Gymnique, football, judo and swimming (clubs of the US Colomiers), Colomiers Retirement Active (Club loisirs Léo Lagrange de Colomiers), and holistic gymnastics.
