On Wednesday, June 1, the Amap (Associations for the Maintenance of Peasant Agriculture) columérines took place with their productions in the former Jean Macé school, place Joseph-Verseille, like every Wednesday between 6:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., to proceed with the distribution of the baskets to their members. And that day, on the sidelines of the weekly delivery, Patrick Maury, the president of the association, followed by a dozen local producers, had organized a tasting aperitif. The opportunity to taste here jams with original flavors, honeys and derived products, vegetables and legumes, there poultry and charcuterie products or even different varieties of bread. The objective is to make known, to all those who wish to eat healthy, local products from organic or sustainable agriculture and to create a link between producers and consumers. This moment of festive exchanges was punctuated by gypsy jazz tunes played by two members.
