SNC is even enriched with two new volunteers with strong professional skills in human resources, a precious asset in this turbulent period on the employment front : the large number of judgments of xed-term contracts and temporary assignments will necessarily have an impact on its activity. “Our new volunteers are very motivated by the support and appreciate the friendly atmosphere of the office ! We frôlons gender parity, with 5 men and 4 women. Now, we could even accompany 5 to 6 additional people !” says the team.
Support and encourage people in job search, identify their skills, projects or wishes of professional guidance, help on the map “technical” (administrative procedures, contacts to make, training potential or redevelopment potential, etc), the whole “bringing optimism”, this is the mission of pairs of companions. They should be especially in demand in the coming months, which will include new volunteers. As much as it is also to identify and “dig” the growth sectors in the areas of Agriculture, trades of the digitalization of enterprises, the Military, etc, And also, to investigate the needs of the future, the trades “under pressure”, to carry out actions from all interlocutors in the area (Pôle Emploi, an Association for the employment of cadres – Apec-, Local Plan for Integration and Employment – FOLD).
