Colomiers. Small furniture collections resume

Colomiers Jumelage et Support (CJS) can congratulate itself on the efficiency of its volunteers. While the Covid crisis paralyzed many activities and prohibited most large public events, the association, which was unable to organize its two traditional large flea markets in spring and autumn in 2020, nevertheless succeeded in exploit to create a vacuum in its premises.

“We were able to help families, people who urgently needed furniture asked us, which now allows us to have a little space in our premises again”, explain the volunteers who played the big arms without weakening… Even if, in passing, good will is never useless.

The CJS therefore invites people who would like to donate small pieces of furniture to make themselves known. Items up to a maximum width of 1.40 m (size of a two-door cabinet), desks, tables, small beds or sofas, dressers, etc. are accepted. All in good condition of course and immediately reusable.

Volunteers travel to take care of them at the donors’ homes.
