Colomiers. Robotics meeting at Victor-Hugo

The Victor-Hugo high school organized a thematic day dedicated to robotics under the aegis of Landry Bourgignon, regional pedagogical inspector, Alexandre Caussé, high school principal and Fabrice Chevaleyre, general delegate of Amics, the pro mechanics union. For a full day, many professionals came to present their services and discuss with students, teachers and other partners about the integration of robots and cobots in the industry. In the presence of industry professionals such as Hemao, Stäubli, Continental, Siléane, LAAS Toulouse, Bureau Veritas, SEMO or even Sofitech, the quality of the exchanges was as beneficial for the students as for their teachers according to Alexandre Caussé. “I can only congratulate you on the organization of this thematic day, which serves to create links between national education and the professional world. We can count on very committed teams in high schools and students in BTS Machine Design and Manufacturing equally motivated.” The teachers were also able to present their content to these professionals, namely what is specifically taught at the Lycée Columérin.
