After many months of more or less severe confinement depending on the vagaries of the pandemic, the birds of the Paradis Éprouvette company flew to other horizons, where they were eagerly awaited. They traveled throughout Occitania at the start of summer, then went to the Antirouille 2021 festival in Créteil, before heading south again: the Avignon Off Festival having selected their creation “Kant and the little red dress”, five performances s ‘took over at the Porte-Saint-Michel theater in mid-July.
The troupe does not forget its audience of Haut-Garonnais: the national operation “Partir en livre” will bring it back to Colomiers on Wednesday July 21 at 2:30 p.m. at the Théâtre du Center and in the presence of the guest author, Rachel Corenblit, Marc Fauroux, actor and director of the Cie, invites to a reading show (free entry for all audiences from 6 years old).
Then, in August, the company will offer, again in Colomiers, two courses reserved for adults: “Lectures au jardin” and “Théâtre au jardin”.
“Lectures au jardin” will take place from Friday August 13 in the evening to Sunday August 15. The course is for anyone, beginner or not, interested in the art of transmitting emotions through reading aloud. “In an adapted outdoor space, we will learn to pose our voice, to breathe, to punctuate, to rhythm, to articulate, to project and to place ourselves. We will thus create sequences of readings to offer to the public, in the intimacy of public or private gardens “, specifies Marc Fauroux. Cost: € 5 for registration with the association and € 65 for the course.
“Théâtre au jardin”, from August 16 to 21, aims to create a theatrical solo by exploring the poetic expression of a text or a gestural composition. “It is a question of discovering the art of theatrical performance, of living your character by integrating elements of his personality into it, further details Marc Fauroux. The provocation of the spectator can be part of this type of game!”
