From now on, the number of DVDs to borrow from the Pavillon Blanc is no longer limited. It must be included in the fifteen borrowable documents. The borrowing quotas are also increased in the summer. They spend 20 to 30 documents and five to six weeks during the summer. In addition, the status of new products is modified. Their loan can be renewed and the documents are now bookable.
Other changes also occur at the media library concerning, in particular, the conditions of reimbursement in the event of loss or damage to books, magazines or CDs. Until now, users had to reimburse the lost or damaged document with the possible application of an obsolescence rate. A choice is now offered to the subscriber to refund or replace the document, with the exception of DVDs subject to specific rights. Degraded journals will be reimbursed at the single rate of € 2 so that they can be replaced immediately.
Finally, a last modification concerns the price of documents during the clearance sale. It is generalized to € 1 per document.
