On Saturday April 9 at 8 p.m., at the Salle Gascogne, the Ti-Tat Band, a jazz formation from the Colomiers conservatory, is organizing its annual concert “Autour de…” traditionally dedicated to a charity association. The 2022 evening will thus be carried out “Around the 4A” (Association for Aid to Alzheimer’s Helpers).
As always, the Ti-Tat Band invites other groups to its “Autour de…” concerts, to broadcast to a wide amateur audience the vast palette of jazz, swing, funk, soul, bossa, etc. music.
This year, the musicians of the Ti-Tat Band and their artistic director Eric Slinn will share this musical moment with their accomplices from Combolo Jazz (the Combo Jazz of the conservatory).
On site, during the concert, snacks (pizzas, Lorraine quiches, cakes, pancakes), and hot or cold, non-alcoholic drinks will be offered by 4A.
The 4A allows carers of Alzheimer patients (spouse, spouse, parent of the patient) to allow themselves one or more afternoons per week of rest and relaxation. In a bright and cheerful residence (16, chemin d’En Sigal in Colomiers), she offers many activities to Alzheimer’s patients. A team of competent and attentive animators takes care of them every Tuesday and Thursday, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. In a warm and peaceful atmosphere, members participate and benefit from memory workshops, games, manual work, gentle gymnastics, music therapy , animal therapy, etc. WII console, and of course snacks, complete the range of activities on offer.
Concert prices: €10 or €5 (for children under 15).
