Regrouping in Colomiers

This new site of more than 2,500 m2 now houses all of the group’s activities in a new eco-responsible building, for its 110 employees and nearly 1,000 employees. Within it, a shop open to the public, large storage spaces, a functional workshop, loading docks, administrative premises, a large break room and a terrace that opens onto a wooded area with a vegetable garden for its guests. employees. “These new premises give us greater visibility and increased credibility with our contracting partners,” comments its president. This centralization of activities will allow Envoi to consolidate the group’s growth.

In turn, Jean-Luc Moudenc praised “the desire to reconcile the economy and the social, while taking ecology into account”. Patrick Piedrafita spoke of “a total success in terms of inclusion, solidarity and social lift”. Karine Traval-Michelet was delighted with the “installation” of all activities in Colomiers.

In many ways, Envoi can be called a virtuous business. Its computer reconditioning activity enables it to work for sustainable development. Its integration mission benefits many disabled employees or those who have broken away from the professional environment. Finally, its associative status with two SASU (Single-person simplified joint stock company) benefits only personnel and investment.

“We have no shareholders and therefore no dividend to pay,” said Jean-Marc Thomas, a happy volunteer president. “Twenty-five years ago, when Envoi was created by the two partners that are the town hall of Toulouse and Airbus, there was no capitalist will. “Let us not see things differently because we are very well like this. The good years, one makes cash and one invests to have more beneficiaries. The bad years, fortunately it is rare, one draws in the savings.

To behave like a company, Envoi has successfully obtained various labels which allow it to compete with the most successful companies. “We do not do assistantships,” said President Thomas, “We act as a social lift. Thanks to the loyal support of our principals, we have succeeded in advancing each of our employees by combining know-how. to do and know-how “.
