On Thursday 17 November at 7 pm, the Au Terminus des Prétentieux association bar invites Claude Cancel, from the Motamaux group, for a Brassens evening.
The timeless singer from Sète with a gaze full of tenderness, has composed almost 180 songs that have marked the history of popular music. Its poetic lyrics with simple melodies appeal to all ages. The Terminus therefore expects a large audience. As always, admission is free and open to all members (remember that membership for the year costs €2). At the end of the concert a participation “in the hat” will be offered.
Snacks will also be offered (8 euros, drink included), with the “homemade lasagna” formula, to be booked (Tel. 06 81 69 47 47).
Note: Le Terminus is now also open on Wednesday afternoons. In November there will be an introduction to Sevillian dances (16 and 30) and a linguistic café (23). The Café des Langues follows on from the first café offered by the Popular University of Colomiers, which was very popular. Spanish, English/American and Italian language workshops are planned. Information and compulsory booking: tel. 06 81 69 47 47.
