Colombians in the NY area can vote for elections

Starting this Monday and throughout the week, Colombians in our area have the opportunity to vote early in the legislative elections of their country that will take place next Sunday.

Here in our city, and until next Saturday, Colombians who have registered their citizenship card will be able to vote to elect representatives of the Senate and the lower house.

They will be able to do so at the consulate headquarters located in Manhattan.

Election day starts every day at 8 in the morning until 4 in the afternoon.

On Sunday, March 13, the Colombian community that was unable to vote early will be able to do so at the place where they registered their ID. The Consulate in New York will enable eight voting stations that day.
