Colombian Police Arrest Woman with 130 Poisonous Frogs at Bogota Airport

Due to their endangered status, the animals are highly sought after by private collectors on the international market, according to local police.

Bogota authorities report that the fine for possession of the frogs could reach 56 million Colombian pesos. That is the equivalent of more than 13,000 euros.
