Colombian actor Julio César Herrera will be present at the International Festival of Laughter, which will take place on April 23 and 24 at the Convention Center.
Herrera is recognized for his performance in the soap opera I am Betty the Ugly onein which he played the role ofthe messenger Freddy Contreras.
He will be in the shows of Stand up comedy and moreas well as in the presentation of the play the red divan, which co-stars Colombians Natalia Ramírez and Lorna Cepeda. Both actresses were also in the cast of the Colombian telenovela that you can enjoy from Monday to Friday at 4:30 pm on Teletica, Canal 7.
On Saturday, April 23, Herrera will make a couple of appearances at the Stand up comedy and morein which there will also be two ticks: Natalia Monge, renowned impersonator and television presenter, and the emblematic actress Marcia Saborío.
The three will participate in a show with the Philharmonic Orchestra. That day, also, the Colombian comedian Carlos “El Mono” Sánchez will perform.
“I will be on Saturday with many surprises and a very nice show with the Philharmonic. There are different types of humor around comedy, such as Marcia’s routines and Natalia’s imitation. That excites me a lot,” Herrera told Teletica.com.
For him Sunday, April 24, at 3 pm, the theatrical comedy will be performed The red divan.
“It is a romantic story, but with comedy. In the end, it has a very nice reflection and many interesting themes of couple relationships are touched on. Love must be taken care of every day so that it remains alive. There are many lessons in that direction. It is an invitation to preserve our sentimental relationships,” explained Herrera.
