Duvan Zapata, Davinson Sánchez, Yerry Mina and Miguel Borja scored for Colombia at the Mané Garrincha stadium in Brasilia. Their goalkeeper, David Ospina, stopped shots from José María Giménez and Matías Viña, sealing the victory. Edinson Cavani and Luis Suárez scored for Uruguay. La Celeste once again left the Copa America in the quarter-finals, eliminated on penalties, just like two years ago against Peru. Colombia will meet the winner of the Argentina-Ecuador match in Goiania on Tuesday. The other semi-final will be played between Peru and Brazil, which respectively beat Paraguay and Chile.
