The mercenaries who assassinated the President of Haiti Juvenile Moses, received an assignment from a former employee of the Haitian Ministry of Justice, Joseph-Felix Badieu. This was stated by the chief of police of Colombia, Jorge Luis Vargas.
According to Vargas, Joseph-Felix Badieux ordered the Colombian mercenaries a few days before the incident. Duberney Cappador and Herman Rivera to assassinate the President of Haiti. Badieux is now wanted by the Haitian police, and his whereabouts remain unknown.
Previously, Badieu worked in the Anti-Corruption Department of the Haitian Ministry of Justice. It was he who handed over the task to the leaders of the mercenaries – the former Colombian military personnel Capador and Rivera. Capador was killed during his arrest, and Rivera was arrested.
Recall that Haitian President Moise was killed on the night of July 7, 2021 as a result of an attack by a group of foreign mercenaries on his residence. 23 people were detained on charges of murdering the head of state, including Colombian citizens and two US citizens.
