There are 1:14 minutes on Youtube that really whet your appetite for the Kölsch Fasteleer: The Rote Funken, in joyful anticipation of a hopefully normal session in 2022, brought numerous celebrities in front of the camera to express their anticipation.

Accompanied by emotional music are Thomas Cüpper, Henning Krautmacher (Höhner), Harry Alfter (Brings), Oliver Niesen (Cat Ballou), speaker Ingrid Kühne, Volker Weininger, Guido Cantz, Basti Campann (Kasalla) and Bläck Fööss singer Erry Stoklosa and Martin Schopps were there and put in a few words why they were looking forward to the session.

Particularly nice: Even “normal” guardsmen look forward to “Mettbrötchen”, “Kölsch”, “atmosphere in the hall”. In addition, there are dancers who are finally looking forward to the boards that mean the Cologne world.
And at the very end? Rote Funken boss Heinz-Günther Hunold gives the direction: “Mer sin widder do”. Moving!
