Collegium health – Double registration

The steps to follow:

1- Connect to cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr to pay, by online payment, to the CROUS, the Contribution Vie Etudiante et de Campus (CVEC) in the amount of 95 euros. Higher education scholarship holders must log in but will be exempt from the 95 euros.

The payment of the contribution is therefore COMPULSORY before the administrative registration at the university. Without your CVEC number you are not authorized to register.

2- Proceed with your administrative registration online, from mid-July, on the REGISTRATION MODULE FOR NEW ENTRANTS

To register, you must identify yourself using a 10-digit code corresponding to your Parcoursup number preceded by the prefix P22 or P220.

Your prefix depends on the number of digits of your Parcoursup number.

• P22 + your Parcoursup number composed of 7 digits.
• P220 + your Parcousup number composed of 6 digits.
• P221 + your Parcousup number composed of 6 digits.

3- Your university registration fees are at 0€ since you pay them at your institute. Select the adapted “Paramedics-Collegium” profile – To be checked MANDATORY and ONLY if you are students registered in parallel in: IFSI, KINE, ERGO, MANIP-RADIO “, otherwise your registration will not be taken into account.

4- I activate my ENT. Thanks to the receipt of your student number by email, you will be able to activate your Digital Work Environment (ENT) necessary for access to the platform for submitting your supporting documents. lien activation

5 – After entering your registration, you will receive an email which will include the list of supporting documents you must provide as well as the link to the site on which to deposit your documents.

6- The Collegium Santé will check and validate your registration file within 48 to 72 hours.

5- The Collegium Santé will check and validate your registration file.
