College students ready to make their short film on Morlais heritage – Saint-Martin-des-Champs

The artists of the Ensemble Poursuite and the fifth, fourth and third students of the Tanguy-Prigent college continued, Monday February 15 and Tuesday February 16, 2021, the preparation of their short film, devoted to the heritage of Morlais and to Tristan-Corbière. A well advanced project, as pointed out by Édouard Monjanel, artistic director of the Ensemble Poursuite.

Where are you in your project?

“The students did well and the theater and music workshops achieved their goals. We are ready for the last step, the making of the film at Roudour, during the week of April 12 to 16. The film will also integrate the dance scenes shot last year, and the sixths will exhibit their fresco. And then we were well supported by the school officials, the educational teams, and the teachers involved in this project, Sigrid Mayer, Viviane Le Bihan and Catherine Voison ”.

How did the students experience these first four days?

“They were attentive, very motivated, because I think they experienced these artistic creation workshops, like breathing, recreation in the midst of all these health constraints. This project allowed them to work differently, to express themselves on what they like, in any field. And we artists too have had to adapt to achieve a unique, coherent project, without the different classes mingling ”.
