LEIPZIG (dpa). Many people find it boring simply to walk around. It’s better to have a goal in mind. As with “Figure Running”, this can be the finished image on the running app. But there are also other challenges.
In many federal states, regions and at schools there are regular running competitions for children. You can register there and receive a certificate at the end.
In some competitions you can even collect money for a good cause with the laps you have run. If you don’t have something like this near you, suggest it to your school or sports club.
