BUNNIK From November 18 to 23, Kerk in Actie is organizing its national door-to-door collection. “With the proceeds we help children in Ukraine get through the war,” says Hanneke Lafeber of Kerk in Actie.
“To make this collection a success, many collectors are needed. Are you participating? The purpose of the collection is to help children in Ukraine. They have been living in a terrible situation of war and violence for almost three years now. Kerk in Actie helps them get through this time as best as possible. With food, temporary shelter in church aid centers and psychosocial help to prevent or limit trauma.”
Several people who collected in previous times stopped due to their old age or other reasons. ..It would be great if others were willing to take care of a few streets that week.”
