Nestor Guavita, 48, worked at the District Health Secretariat of the Mayor’s Office of Barranquilla and who disappeared on the morning of Saturday, October 7, when he left his home on his way to finalize the business of a truck he was selling.
Her lifeless body was found in the northern area of the Atlantic capital, specifically in the Villa Campestre neighborhood, with gunshot wounds, bruises and messages written on papers attached to her body.
