With its high-quality collection and lively exhibitions and events, the Staatliche Kunsthalle Karlsruhe is one of the largest art museums in Germany. It has been run as a state company since 2009 and is a cultural institution of the state of Baden-Württemberg that operates according to art-scientific and economic principles. Due to the renovation and restructuring of the main building as well as a planned expansion, the museum is currently undergoing a comprehensive transformation process in which the opportunities of digital change in particular are being actively used. During the construction-related closure period, the Kunsthalle will be using interim locations, including the ZKM | Center for Art and Media Karlsruhe. The team at the Staatliche Kunsthalle Karlsruhe comes from different regions and countries. We maintain a collegial working atmosphere and our hearts beat for art.
The position of one will be available in the communications department as soon as possible
Collaboration in marketing (m/f/d)
Part-time (60%)
in a fixed-term employment relationship.
Your tasks:
- Participation in the implementation and further development of the existing marketing concept
- Participation in the planning and implementation of advertising campaigns for special exhibitions
- Support of cooperation partners and sponsors as well as implementation of related measures
- Planning, organizing and implementing target group-oriented marketing measures
- Supervision of print products and advertising materials
- Organization and participation in trade fair and advertising events
- Administrative Activities
We expect:
- Completed university studies in the field of marketing/PR or cultural management, alternatively training with equivalent knowledge/skills and experience
- Confident handling of the Microsoft Office package
- Knowledge of foreign languages, particularly English and/or French, is desirable
- Communication and teamwork skills, creativity and flexibility
- organizational talent and service orientation
- Quick comprehension as well as structured, careful and independent work
- Interest in creative participation in a cultural environment
