Coldplay continues to set the trend. After the release of their tenth album Moon Music on October 4, the British band has not slowed down. Plus an appearance on the shopping channel QVC and in the iconic Saturday Night Livewhere they celebrated the show’s 50th season, now present the Full Moon Editiona deluxe version with three unreleased songs.
Among the new themes are “The Karate Kid”, “Angelsong” y “A Wave”the latter represented with an emoji on digital platforms. The edition also includes alternative versions and live recordings, such as “Feels Like I’m Falling In Live”captured during his successful tour Music Of The Spheres. Furthermore, the track “We Pray – Be Our Guest” offers a version without the verse of Little Simzinviting fans to add their own interpretation.
Moon Music had the collaboration of big names such as the producer Max Martin, Burna Boy, Jon Hopkins and the legendary Brian Eno. The album complements his previous work, Music Of The Spheres (2021), which reached number 4 on the Billboard 200.
In a recent interview with Zane Lowe, Chris Martin reaffirmed that Coldplay will record alone 12 albumshighlighting that this limit ensures high quality control. Meanwhile, the band has announced new stadium dates in the United Kingdom by 2025, including 10 sold-out nights at Wembleywith part of the proceeds going to support the local music scene.
