At the same time, the amount of snowfall in Gunnae-myeon, Paju-si, Gyeonggi-do, recorded 9.6cm.

The Meteorological Administration said, “A strong cloud belt accompanied by low pressure moved rapidly northeast, and snow fell mainly in the central region.” However, in the case of city centers such as Seoul, the temperature of the video area (0.2 degrees) was shown even at 9 pm, and there was not much snow on the road. However, as the minimum temperature drops below freezing on the morning of the 4th, snow falling on the road or in the shaded areas may freeze, so be careful. On this day, the lowest temperature in Seoul was forecast to be 7 degrees below zero. The cold stops from the afternoon of the 4th. On this day, the highest daytime temperature in the country rises from -1°C to 9°C, and on the 5th, it rises to 5-11°C.
