I warned about this on my personal page in Facebook forecaster Natalia Didenko. She clarified that the real spring has come only to Western Europe. In Ukraine slight warming will start only at the end of the week.

In Kiev On March 24, snow and sleet are also possible at night and in the morning, no significant precipitation is expected during the day. However, the comfort temperature, as in other regions, will be disrupted by the prickly cold wind.
