Cofares has allocated the benefits of its ‘Aposán IIR Rosa’ mask, put on sale on the International Breast Cancer Day celebrated in October, to the Spanish Association against Cancer (AECC) for the financing of aid in training oncology, with the aim of increasing the professional training of medical specialists through the study of different areas of oncology.
The aid has been granted to Dr. Esmeralda García Torralba, to finance a Master’s Degree in Molecular Oncology, at the Center for Biosanitary Studies (CEB). The master, which has a duration of 12 months, is valued at 7,000 euros, fully financed by the cooperative. “The Master in Molecular Oncology is key to improving and continuing my research training, in order to offer a practice of the highest quality to our patients”, García Torralba assured.
In the words of the president of Cofares, Eduardo Pastor, “this help corroborates, once again, our commitment and responsibility with cancer, providing innovative training to the pharmacy, our partners and the health sector as a whole. An environment that allows the development of professional competences, as well as the constant updating of knowledge within the health field “.
