ANTWERP – Last month, a cargo of 5170 kilos of cocaine destined for the Netherlands was seized in the port of Antwerp. The drugs were in a container with rice from Paraguay, police reported on Wednesday. The Belgian customs intercepted the container on June 12 and informed the Dutch police. The drugs had an estimated street value of more than $250 million. It is being investigated for whom the cargo was intended.
