Coca-Cola added that it will continue to monitor and assess the situation as it evolves.

Over the weekend and Monday, Twitter was dominated by #BoycottMcDonalds and #BoycottCocaCola, urging people to boycott their products after they refused to leave the Russian market.
Succumbing to public pressure, McDonald’s announced on Tuesday night that it would temporarily close all of its 850 restaurants in Russia.
