Dr Baril is president of Média-coach, a company specializing in the training of trainers, coaches and educational engineers. He holds a doctorate in Educational Technology from the University of Montreal, a specialized master’s degree in Teacher Training as well as a BA in teaching.
Consultant, trainer and lecturer, he is the author of several books, courses, educational games and training videos. For more than 30 years, he has developed and supervised the development of more than a hundred training programs in different formats: in the classroom, by video, self-training, experiential activities, games and simulations, virtual classes, guides, etc.
In business, he has trained more than 4,000 trainers, educational designers and coaches. For nearly 15 years, he taught instructional design and teaching techniques at the University of Montreal and instructional design at the University of Sherbrooke.
