And quite directly, because the final round of the show can already be seen on TV on Sunday (April 25th). Who makes it to the final and who shortly before it had to retire, the four coaches decided again Stefanie Kloß, Wincent Weiss, Álvaro Soler and the Fanta-4 double Smudo and Michi Beck.
“Smudo, tears well up your eyes”
The choice was clearly difficult for the Fantas in particular. The two musicians were completely enthusiastic about eleven-year-old Lenny and his powerful rap. But 14-year-old Constance was able to top that. During her performance of the Conchita Wurst song “Rise Like a Phoenix”, the otherwise funky Smudo even shed tears. At least that was what the presenter Melissa Khalaj noticed, because she asked the rapper: “Smudo, tears well up your eyes.”
So denial was pointless and Smudo indulged in his excitement, as you can also see in the video above. “Constance, you knocked one out, lick my ass! Unbelievable! The team’s third candidate also scored points. Marko was able to convince Michi with his “nonchalance”. Beck and Smudo then took their powerful voice Constance, the laid-back Marko and ten-year-old Rahel into the final. Young rapper Lenny was therefore eliminated.
