Coach Kühbauer after Rapid test victory: “We are ready”

Rapid has a sovereign Dress rehearsal for the restart of the Bundesliga. The Hütteldorfer won in the empty Allianz Stadium against the second division SV Horn with 3: 0 (2: 0). The goals were scored by Taxiarchis Fountas (18th), Thomas Murg from a free kick (26th) and – against his ex-club – Ercan Kara (76.). In February there was still a meager 1-1.

The result could have been higher, the green-whites missed some top-class chances. Nevertheless, the coach emphasized Didi Kühbauer: “We played a very good game in the first half. We are ready!”

Rapid’s first match after the Corona break will go away on Wednesday Salzburg. After the first instance deduction for LASK, the defending champion is three points ahead of Linz.
