“In the first half it was a very divided game. Unfortunately, in the second half, we conceded a goal in a stupid way, in a lateral throw 20 meters from our area. After scoring that goal, Marseille played in a low block and in a counterattack. That was our biggest mistake.”
The coach was also very angry with the elimination. “It’s a big disappointment. We were eliminated by a great Marseille. We prepared for this game with the ambition to go through. Now we have to learn from the mistakes of this game. In the second half, we had practically no chances to score. We have to create more opportunities. . PSG returns to the field next Saturday, at 1 pm, against Monaco, in a game valid for the French Championship.
