GUELPH, ON, August 4, 2023 /CNW/ – The board of directors of Co-operators General Insurance Company (Co-operators General) announced today a quarterly dividend of $0.3125 per Class E, Series C, redeemable, and non-cumulative preferred share. The dividend will be payable on September 30, 2023, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 1, 2023.
Co-operators General has designated the above-mentioned dividends as eligible dividends for the purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
