For every landlord risk, ARAG insures the loss of rent for the first insurance year free of premiums.
Requirement:
– Private legal protection comfort or premium protection with landlord legal protection including loss of rent
– For up to 5 rented apartments
– The start of insurance must be in 2021
– Applies to new contracts or to existing customers in the case of newly insured landlord risks
The premium exemption in the first insurance year takes the form of a premium credit in the amount of the premium for rental loss insurance.
