(Official Building) – In Togo, the National Social Security Fund (CNSS) has updated the conditions for obtaining a social permit for economic operators. The institution revealed last week the new criteria for issuing this document.
From now on, the employer must register their employees, publish and pay social security contributions regularly. Companies that are resuming their activity or new companies must adhere to a six-month consistency in their declarations and payments of social security contributions.
The employer who does not meet these conditions ” they will receive, on request, a registration certificate confirming that they are connected to the social security system in general », specified the CNSS.
As a reminder, since 2018, the CNSS has removed requests for social approval, certificates and individual insurance statements, complaints, as well as account consultations. The aim is to reduce delivery times and offer quality services.
