CNG is of the same quality as Pertamax Turbo RON 98, the price for this fuel is IDR 3,000 per liter

JAKARTA, RADARKAUR.CO.ID – The use of compressed natural gas (CNG) will continue to be optimized over the next 5 years. The use of fuel as a substitute for BBM is increasingly intensified, especially in public service transports such as Busway, Trans Jakarta Bus and Trans Semarang Bus.

In addition, CNG of the same quality as Pertamax Turbo Ron 98 is priced lower than Pertalite and Solar. This fuel replacement fuel is sold at IDR 3,000 per litre.

In addition to optimizing the use of public service vehicles, CNG has also carried out feasibility tests on cars, motorbikes and fishing boats.

Natural gas also has advantages in terms of emissions because it is more environmentally friendly.

The use of methane as a replacement fuel for BBM currently reaches only 2% of the world’s population.

However, with the quality and price offered, it is believed that CNG will be in increasing demand in the future.

Especially in line with rising fuel prices and declining world oil supplies.

This is why the government is considering CNG as a solution to rising fuel prices. CNG has gaseous components of methane (CH4) and ethane (C2H6) resulting from the natural gas extraction process.
