The Cneser rejects the draft decree perpetuating the statutes of the UGA (read on AEF info), by 30 votes against, 12 votes for, 18 abstentions and 4 NPPV, during the session of July 4, 2023. The members of the instance also voted against the draft decree relating to Grenoble INP and Ensag, establishments-components of the UGA (30 against, 26 for and 1 abstention). On the other hand, they approved the creation of the University of Technology of Tarbes and the text recording the transfer of 67 tenured civil servant positions from the Toulouse Capitole University to the Toulouse School of Economics.
