MOHAVE COUNTY, AZ (June 9, 2021) – Nurses at the Mohave County Health Department (MCDPH) have been informed of 45 confirmed cases of COVID-19 reported since midday Monday. There are also 2 new deaths.
Both deaths are due to previously reported positive cases. One is an 80 to 89 person in the Bullhead City service area. The second death is a 60 to 69 year old individual in the Lake Havasu City service area.
Of the 45 new confirmed cases, there are 16 new cases in the Bullhead City service area. There are 12 new cases in the Kingman service area. There are 16 new cases in the Lake Havasu City service area. There is 1 new case in the North County service area. There are 0 new cases in an undetermined or unknown area of the county.
Of the 16 new confirmed cases in the Bullhead City area, two are 0 to 10; two are 11-19; one is 20-29 years old; one is 30-39; one is 40-49; two are 50-59; four are 60-69; one is 70-79; two are 80-89.
Of the 12 new confirmed cases in the Kingman area, one is 11-19; one is 20-29 years old; two are 30-39; three are 40-49 years old; three are 50-59; one is 60-69; one is 70-79.
Of the 16 new confirmed cases in the Lake Havasu City area, one is 0-10; three are 11-19; seven are 20-29 years old; two are 30-39; one is 40-49; one is 50-59; one is 70-79.

The Mohave County Public Health Department has now allocated the Pfizer vaccine to the following vendors this week. Two doses are needed and this vaccine can be given to 12-17 year olds. In Mohave County, that’s about 10,000 people.)
