According to Calciomercato, Tottenham faces competition from Juventus in the race to sign Fiorentina forward Dusan Vlahovic.
What is the history?
Well, a separate report from Calciomercato claimed that Tottenham was in talks with Fiorentina about a deal for the Serbian international.
Now, Juventus is said to want to overtake their rivals and sign Vlahovic in January.

However, Fabio Paratici’s former club can’t do it unless they fire some players to balance the books.
One player who could potentially sell himself as a result is Dejan Kulusevski, who coincidentally is another target for Nuno Espirito Santo.
It was the Sunday Mirror who revealed that Kulusevski is a target for Paratici: Tottenham’s football director signed the Swede for £ 37 million while at Juventus.
So it seems that even if the Spurs don’t sign Vlahovic, he could allow them a fantastic opportunity to sign Kulusevski.
When one door closes, another opens.

If the Spurs got their hands on the 21-year-old, he would be a good signing like Vlahovic would have been.
Juventus’ number 44 has been compared to Kevin De Bruyne, while Cristiano Ronaldo has also sung his praise in the past.

His arrival would give Nuno a terrifying front line.
One attack from Heung-min Son, Harry Kane, and Kulusevski is enough to defeat most of Europe’s defenses.
