Club: Gueye 6th in the Prix Marc-Vivien Foé 2020, the full ranking

PSG midfielder Idrissa Gueye finished sixth in the Marc-Vivien Foé 2020 prize, rewarding the best African player in Ligue 1. Victor Osimhen (Lille) won the trophy.

Landed at PSG last summer from Everton, Idrissa Gueye has made 31 appearances in Parisian colors, while the 2019/2020 season is still waiting to be completed with the National Cup finals and the final League tournament of Champions. The Senegalese appeared in the news on Monday since he is in the top 10 of the Marc-Vivien Foé 2020 prize, rewarding the best African player in Ligue 1.

With 37 points collected thanks to the votes of journalists, consultants or even former players, Gueye slips to 6th place in this ranking, tied with a player targeted by PSG, namely the right side of Stade Rennais Hamari Traoré. It was Lille’s Victor Osimhen who won this trophy with 284 points.
