Work on the future PSG training center in Poissy continues with the first buildings to emerge in 2022, and the signing of a promise to sell land in particular.
PSG must move to its brand new training center in Poissy in 2023 and the work is continuing. “Things are progressing very well, we were thinking with one of my collaborators that the site is progressing rapidly”, confided in October Karl Olive, mayor of the city of Yvelines, in an interview with Radio Sensations. On Tuesday, the latter shared on Twitter the signing of a promise to sell land ” for the next steps of the training center project ”, without giving more details, however. Karl Olive was accompanied by Jean-Claude Blanc, the general manager of PSG.

As part of an article on the major projects to come in the Yvelines in 2022, the newspaper The Parisian for his part indicated that the main buildings of the new PSG training center will rise from the ground during the coming calendar year. The regional daily also recalled the scope of the project: “The one dedicated to the pro team first of all, for Neymar and others: 43 luxury rooms and four heated courts. Then four more, for the training center, from December. “
While PSG are supposed to take up residence in their new training center at the start of the 2023/2024 season, there is therefore a year and a half left to complete the work for the first team. The omnisports part (hand, judo, etc.) will arrive a few months later.
