The Philippines can expect cloudy skies and scattered rain showers or thunderstorms on Monday, according to the state weather bureau, PAGASA. The easterlies and isolated thunderstorms will also cause the possibility of flash floods or landslides. The northern Luzon region will experience light to moderate winds, while the rest of the country can expect the same with slight to moderate wave heights in coastal waters. The temperature, on the other hand, will peak at 33.8 degrees Celsius at 3 p.m., and reach a low of 26.4 degrees Celsius at 6 a.m.
