Wah Fu Estate was completed in 1968. It is one of the public housing estates planned and constructed by the predecessor of the Housing Authority (the Hong Kong Buildings and Construction Board). The Housing Authority announced in November 2020 that Wah Fu Estate will be redeveloped and will be demolished in three phases.
