The reason is the strike announced by Sib and Fib, the Italian coastal union and the Italian coastal federation. The demand distributed by the members is clear: «If the government and the parliament go on vacation without approving a law that protects the Italian bath, we will close the screens».
The beachgoers then say that they have reached the maximum they can accept: “After 14 years of postponement and two years of talk … enough.” Despite the worry to complain before Italian politics closes for holidays, the resorts turn to customers underlining the inefficiencies that could spoil the guests’ holidays they: “We will show our disagreement in forms and ways that will cause our guests the least possible inconvenience.”
The reasons for the protest As they themselves recalled, the turmoil in the world of organized beaches is only the last act of a very long debate that arises as a result of the concessions not being renewed and the promises that failed with the majority in Parliament at the moment.
