The commitments of the institution:
I/ Quality of life at work
1. Safe organizations and working environments;
2. Respond to calls for regional and national projects (eg CLACT) to obtain funding to carry out MSD prevention actions;
3. Seek the opinion of staff representatives on the organization of work and the investments made;
4. Retain professionals through a policy of accelerated implementation of a permanence plan;
5. Maintain collective information schedules;
6. Encourage presenteeism, especially through the service award;
7. Target the training needs and wishes of professionals during annual assessments and continually adapt the training plan;
8. Periodically evaluate the satisfaction of professionals with their working conditions;
9. Reconciling professional life and personal life (part-time for personal convenience);
10. Maintain internal mobility policy to prevent burnout and loss of motivation.
II/ Solidarity
11. Promote voluntary actions towards residents and patients;
12. Provide basic necessities to patients in need;
13. Promote access to work for people with disabilities or professional reintegration;
14. Purchase reconditioned equipment (furniture, etc.) from structures active in the social and solidarity economy;
15. Continue our partnership with the humanitarian association “Les Papiers de l’Espoir” and the social integration company “Pat’Mouille” (ecocyclerie in Vallet).
III/ Economic development: energy and eco-responsible purchases
16. Carry out the necessary works to reduce the energy expenditure of the establishment;
17. Strive for compliance with the Egalim law;
18. Continue to limit the use of single-use products (“0 plastic” goal).
IV/ The environment: green spaces, waste management and transport
19. Pursue dematerialisation in all sectors of the plant, in order to reduce paper consumption;
20. Develop the plant’s security system;
21. Pursue ecological grazing;
22. Encourage the reduction of CO2 emissions, in particular through the transport bonus, the bicycle bonus and the car pooling bonus;
23. Move towards better waste management and recycling;
24. Prepare for the recovery of organic waste.
